If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for in our catalogues or already have a vision in mind, our design team will work closely with you to bring your ideas to life. Start by filling out the Bespoke Order Quote Request Form and submitting your non-refundable design deposit. This is where you can share your inspiration, team branding, preferred styles, fabrics, embellishments, colors, and overall vision for your garments.

From there, our design team will create custom concepts and quotes tailored specifically to your team. Once you are happy with the direction of your design, a sample garment will be required before moving into full production. Your bespoke sample garment will be handcrafted in our Saskatoon workshop and completed within approximately 4–6 weeks for review and fitting.

After your sample garment has been approved, you will complete the Finalize Your Quote Form to confirm final garment details including fabrics, embellishments, and production specifications. Your finalized bespoke design will then be added to our private online ordering catalogue for you to purchase. Final production timelines for bespoke orders are approximately 6–8 weeks. While bespoke orders have extended production times, we guaruntee the result will be worth the wait.
