Quick Order (2-4 week production)

1.  Browse our pre-designed quick order garments in the Quick Order section of our website.

2. Select the garment(s) you would like to order and make your garment selections. (ex. size, quantity, sleeve length etc.)

3. Add to cart and checkout securely online.

4. Once your order is placed, the 2-4 week production will begin on your order.

Custom Order (4-6 week production)

1. Browse our Catalogues for the style(s) you want to customize.

2. Submit a Custom Order quote request with your preferences.

3. Receive and review your Custom Order quote, make revisions until you are satisfied with all the details.

4. Finalize your Custom Order quote by submitting the Finalize your Quote form.

5. Once submitted and set up fees paid, your Custom Order garment(s) will be set up and made available to purchase online. 

6. Log in to access your Custom Order garment(s) and make your garment selections. (ex. size, quantity)

7. Add to cart and check out securely online.

8. Once your order is placed, the 4-6 week production will begin on your order.

Bespoke Order (12-16 week production)

1. Submit a Bespoke Order quote request with ideas for your bespoke style.

2. A non-refundable deposit must be paid prior to our design team starting on your Bespoke Order quote. The deposit covers one Bespoke style, and 3 free quote revisions.

3. Receive and review your Bespoke Order quote, make revisions until you are satisfied with all the details.

4. Once satisfied with your Bespoke Order quote, you must order a sample garment by submitting a Sample Garment order form.

5. Once submitted and paid, the 4-6 week production will begin on your sample garment order.

6. Once your sample garment is complete, it will be shipped to you for approval.

7. If your sample garment requires changes, revisions to your Bespoke Order quote must be made, and a new sample garment must be ordered.

8. Once your sample garment is approved, finalize your garment by submitting the Finalize your Quote form.

9. Once finalized, your Bespoke Order garment will be set up and made available to purchase online.

10. Log in to access your Bespoke Order garment and make your garment selections. (ex. size, quantity)

11. Add to cart and check out securely online.

12. Once your order is placed, the 6-8 week production will begin on your order.
